1. Delivery Time

   Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the business days.

2. Shipping Charges

3. No Refunds or Exchanges

   All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been processed. Please ensure you carefully review your order details before confirming your purchase.

4. Shipping Address

   It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

   If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment or the expected delivery date. Our team will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
