  • 6 Coaching Sessions: For clients seeking deeper, long-term transformation. Includes 6 x 60-minute sessions spread over 8 to 12 weeks, with personalized wellness plans, ongoing check-ins, and email support.

  • 12 Coaching Sessions: For clients committed to a full lifestyle change.
    Includes 12 x 60-minute sessions over 6 months, covering all aspects of wellness (nutrition, mental health, emotional health, etc.), with in-depth progress tracking, worksheets, and premium support.

  • After completing any package, clients can choose a monthly subscription for ongoing support (e.g., 1 session per month + email support).
